- enough to cover wings water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
For Finishing

- 60ml (1/4 cup) hot sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
👨🍳 Instructions
- Place chicken wings in a large pot and cover completely with cold water. Add salt and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.

- Pat wings completely dry after boiling to ensure proper browning in the skillet
- You can substitute the hot sauce and honey with your favorite wing sauce
- For extra crispy skin, place seared wings under the broiler for 2-3 minutes
